I found the dentist and the dentist assistance very caring and attentive. I have also also seen the team of provider cyote, I felt like the were on top of things too. Everyone was professional and informative. They took time to answer my questions.

The pharmacy went out of their way to save me money. I can only hope future appointments are as good. I do agree they need some improvement on phone communications.

Mourning Angel

Absolutely horrible. I’ve called over a hundred times within the span of a week to talk about the off brand birth control they prescribed me. “Vestura” made me bleed for a month straight. As a 17yr with no parental guidance I was really scared. I had no money for the ER and don’t have a family doctor.

So when they decide not to answer the phone your best bet is to go in and schedule an appointment WRONG they’re completely booked for two months and in my case of an emergency I wasn’t even allowed to talk to the doctor. “NO WALK INS” was said to me. Then I decide to do what scared teenager with no help and wait it out, for two months, I was all ready to go to the doctor just for the morning of for them to call me and say that my doctor canceled the appointment and we had to reschedule for two months later (which was they’re closest time available) Not to mention I had another dentist appointment scheduled with them (2 months later of course) and with my tooth chipped I went in to see if I could schedule an appointment sooner to no surprise they can’t. And now, today, I’m here at 10 o’clock in the morning with my dentist appointment canceled by the dentist. This place is incredibly unprofessional.

Please just spare yourself the trouble and get a real doctor. It’s not worth it to waste your time here. THEY WON’T HELP YOU.

We keeping having bad experiences and we keep going back. Not anymore! This was the last time I'm disrespected. They cancel appointments last minute then can't get another appointment for weeks or months. When they do keep an appointment you wait for over an hour and a half for the NP but since your appointment was at 3:45 and it's after 5:30 the NP wants to go hame and doesn't have time for your child.

I wasted over 2 hours for nothing. My child's medical needs were not met. I'm so fed up I'm going to find a different doctor and never go back to this office.

Emily Wise

Monica Kasse is a very sweet, kind, caring and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. She called me at home two days after my initial appointment to make sure I wasn't having any adverse reactions to my new meds. In fact, all the employees are very kind and helpful, even though they're super busy each time I'm there.

I heard they aren't taking new patients until next May. If you're able to get in, I would definitely recommend 😄🫶🏼
