I would like to share my unfortunate experience with Top Dental. After visiting various dental practices, I decided to seek help from Top Dental for my dental issues. I felt discomfort in my tooth, so I began treatment there. The dentist informed me that I needed a restoration that had to be covered with a crown; otherwise, I would eventually require a root canal. They required me to pay for the procedure on the same day and provided a temporary crown.

I expected to receive the permanent crown within a few weeks or a month at most. However, it was only after four months that they contacted me to inform me that my crown was ready. Upon returning home after the crown was placed, I experienced significant sensitivity in my tooth. Despite having paid more than $3000 for the crown, I was informed that I now needed a root canal, which would cost an additional $1885 When I explained my situation to the dentist, he offered me a discount, but I still had to pay $1620. Ultimately this didn’t feel fair or justified at all to have to pay almost $4500 out of pocket just for one tooth.

I am deeply disappointed because, despite multiple X-rays that should have revealed the extent of the cavity, they initially charged me for the crown and only later informed me of the necessity for a root canal, which should have been addressed from the beginning. That was my unfortunate experience with Top dental and I don’t think that I’m coming back after this to get my treatment done.

If I could give 0 I would. I highly recommend you stay away. I had an extraction to do they broke both teeth around it. My daughter went to see the pediatric dentist for an extraction as well, they charged us $50 for X-rays we had already brought in. In short horrible service, stay away
