I had a very disappointing experience. After confirming with both my insurance and myself that my visits were covered under my insurance, I attended two appointments, only to be told afterwards that my visits weren't covered and had to pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, the dentist was rude. When I expressed feeling unwelcome and disappointed with my experience, her response was, 'Then you shouldn't come,' said in a dismissive tone.
On a positive note, the hygienists were professional and kind. I switched to a practitioner who not only makes me feel comfortable and respected but also ensures full transparency regarding my insurance coverage before proceeding with any treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to! I've been going for over five years. Everyone who works there is very professional and super nice. The dentist knows me and my husband (who is also a patient) and asks how we've been doing. The procedures are always quick, very hygienic, and as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this dentist!

I have been looking for a good dentist and I think I found one, and I wanted to share my experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The doctor was very nice. But the hygienist was AMAZING!!! Thank you Melanie I went back today after my first cleaning after my first cleaning. This is the first dentist who actually checks you out for oral cancer. I am so happy with them. We love Dr. Punaji. She is an excellent practitioner, my husband and son also see her. My son always saw the pediatric dentist and then when they pushed braces when he was 9 and saying we might need two sets, we promptly thought he would be better with Dr.
Punaji and we were correct. Referred us to a great ortho and he needed only one set of braces. She is great and her office stafe is lovely, I have never had an unpleasant encounter with anyone there.
