I have been bringing my daughter here for a few years now and their service is excellent. They are very patient but efficient and will meet all your needs. Their office is also very nice and kid friendly with lots of bright colors and games to play while we wait. Every time I mention the dentist my daughter is always so excited to go because she knows she will get a goodie bag and some toys. They answer all your questions and also help the children stay calm and make the procedures and cleaning really quick and efficient.

They have some of the nicest ladies working there. I live in Annandale but the drive is worth it. I plan to come here for as long as I can and will be using their services for all of my future children.

The staff here are incredible! From the front desk, the dental assistants and the dentists ❤️They all treat my toddler so well and explain everything that they are doing so my toddler can understand the importance of keeping our teeth and gums healthy. Highly recommend!!!

The appointment was for my four-year-old daughter. The process was explained thoroughly to me, and she was treated with significant care. The doctor performed great work with the utmost respect for her age and size. The nurse was encouraging to her, and she was swift and efficient in her aid to the doctor as he performed the work my daughter required. After he had finished, they were both patent with her recovery and offered to schedule her next necessary appointment.

I was given clear instructions about how to care for her in the preceding hours and what to do with the care of her teeth moving forward. The office was clean, organized, and well lit, and a screen was located above her chair for her to watch a movie which helped her relax through the process. I am very thankful for this dental office, the dentist and the overall staff. I highly recommend.

My two kids have been with this dentistry for many years and we always had the best experience and work satisfaction until this last visit. The employees and the staff are all so professional and responsible except for a new staff who took care of my son. Starting from her first interaction with the kid until doing the procedure were all so weird and unprofessional. Without any welcome, introduction and opening remarks asked the kid to lay down and started cleaning the teeth. While flossing the teeth got hurt kid's gums in several areas that bled a lot.

When asked the reason she all had to say the kid is not brushing well and because of the cavities it ended up bleeding. However, everyone could clearly see that the gums were hurt with the sharp edge of the floss. Later, the lady asked to carry out dental x-ray for the kid and I had to accompany the kid for observation. The lady had the tools but no idea how to do the procedure. After several efforts she had to ask another co-worker for a help who have kindly intervened and helped.

I am always grateful to the provider for all the excellent service they have so far provided to my kids and to the community, and I am sure they will keep providing the same level of excellent service to their clients. However, my humble request to the provider is to ensure they get their new staff well trained and show them their good culture of treating their clients before they get exposed to the clients. Thanks 🙏
