The Children’s Dental Group is a godsend for parents of little ones! My 4-year-old used to scream through every dental visit—until we found this place. The office is a kid’s paradise: bright murals, a play zone with toys, and exam rooms with ceiling TVs showing cartoons. Dr. Carter has a magical way with kids, using terms like "tooth sparkles" instead of "fillings" and letting them pick a prize from the treasure chest afterward.

The hygienists are pros at making cleanings fun (they even sing silly songs while brushing). They send reminder texts with cute kid-friendly messages and are great with nervous parents too. Now my daughter asks, "When do we go to the fun dentist?" A practice that turns stress into smiles—10/10!

Both of my children have been going to this location for 10-12 years and I will never take them back! In the last few visits the staff has been very rude and my children have complained that the dental hygienist are rough and disrespectful to them. On our last and final visit where my daughter was supposed to have extractions they told my husband they could not extract the tooth because they needed a doctors clearance. I called to let them know they have it on file and this was not the first time we were turned away after taking off work for the same issue. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes was told they did have doctors clearance but it was 4 years old and they needed an updated clearance annually.

Mind you they had just preformed a procedure on her only 6 months earlier using that same Doctors clearance. After 30 minutes of holding and dealing with a rude receptionist I finally spoke to a manager who could only apologize for having preformed procedures that they shouldn't have under expired consent. During the time I was on the phone an assistant told my husband that my daughter didn't really need her teeth pulled (against what the DR suggested) and she wasn't supposed to give us that information, but if we wanted to have them pulled we would need 2 separate appointments (not accepting her current appt) and did not advise him that there was any issue regarding the Doctors clearance letter being expired for her future appointments. This wasn't my first bad experience and I regret giving them a second chance.

There is no way I could trust a group like that to give my child anesthesia and extract teeth. They don't deserve the business.
