I cannot recommend this practice enough!!! I drive across town just to go to Dr. Bahrami! She is passionate about her work and so is her staff! The work is top notch and you never have to worry about her recommending something you don’t need. Don’t think twice about getting your dental work done here, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!

Psychology Researcher

I lost trust in the dentist and staff there after still not being refunded the amount my insurance company explained that I was due to receive. After I phoned the office a few times, I was refunded $600+, but my insurance provided a breakdown indicating that my refund should have been $800+. So I am still owed a refund for the remaining amount. The fact that I had to call and request the refund was further evidence for me that that trust had been removed from any rapport being built. I also explained that my bite was not corrected based on the filling that had to be drilled after the initial placement (without any nerve blocker to control discomfort).

The doctor said, “you can handle it”. To date my bite is not correct. Also, the night guard I was sold for $600+, I was never told how to keep it clean or much about its use. I was also told I had several cavities which I believed. After reviewing the x-rays this too, was highly doubted.

I was sent from room to room being told that I had nice teeth, then later being recommended Invisalign, being told I had cavities, sold product after product, and so much more. Oddly, I take exceptional care of my mouth so to say I was devastated would be an understatement. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I chose this office because they’re one of the few non-franchise providers covered by my insurance. I’ve grown tired of franchise operations that seem more focused on profits than patient care. Office is a clean environment, friendly staff, and an exceptionally professional front desk. I’ve never waited more than ten minutes to be seen.

Most importantly, thank you to Hannah for your time, patience, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail doing my bite adjustment!!!! I was uncertain if I should complete the rest of my dental plan, but she made the decision easy. Thanks to her, I’m fully committed to having Lithia Springs Dental manage my dental care moving forward.
