Dental Clinics in Wolf River Cir, Germantown, Shelby County, Tennessee

I really thought my daughter and I had found our new dental office. However, my daughter was charged for a service and was not informed that service was not covered. When the office was contacted to inquire why were we charged and not informed, a young lady gave a very nonchalant answer and basically said it wasn’t the office’s issue. Now, I have to work with my insurance company to see if the charge can be reverse. What’s the purpose of providing the office insurance info if they will not tell you up front the charges you may incur. This is poor customer service. I feel doctors of this experience would have more experienced and caring people to run their front desk!

I’m rarely forced to wait in the waiting room and if so, it’s just a few minutes (today I didn’t even sit down!). Staff is friendly, professional, and get you on your way quickly. I highly recommend!
