Going to the dentist is not something I look forward to. Dr. Hovhannes of Lilac Dental helped make the experience a positive one with his friendly and professional demeanor and inviting dental office. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand.
He showed me my x-rays on the tv right across from where I was sitting. He explained what he would be doing ahead of time and asked me if I had questions or concerns. While getting the cleaning, there were cute animal videos playing on a large tv above the chair to help pass the time. He gave me headphones and a blanket to use during my appointment and even gave me collagen eye patches! The office is so calming and inviting and is nothing like those franchise practices that skim on comfort.
They even have an adorable kids corner to help entertain the kiddos while waiting for your appointment. I made myself a coffee from their beverage bar and was impressed by how well stocked it was. Overall I’m very pleased and can look forward to my next cleaning without anxiety.

My first appointment at Lilac Dental was a calm experience. The secretary offered me a drink from their mini fridge. Then the hygienist did X-rays. After that the dentist came in and went over the plan of what treatment I would need. While the dentist was examining my teeth. I could watch baby animals on tv. I will definitely be back!

All staff, from front desk to dental assistant to dr/dentist are amazing! Very friendly & helpful to accommodate your needs and make the whole appointment less anxiety provoking 😅. Also very thorough, explaining everything and why they're doing anything. 10/10 will keep coming here!!

Today was my first appointment with Lilac Dental. From walking into the lobby it was bright and cheerful. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Moved into the exam room with the hygienist and then met with the Doctor. Exam room was modern, bright and cheerful. The doctor was very personable. Very nice first experience with them.
