It was easy to schedule an appointment online. When I got there, I was checked in and in the chair within probably 5 minutes. It was one of the most efficient dental offices I've ever been to. The staff were professional, caring, and helpful. It's hard to hold a conversation at a dentist's office, but they found a way to get to know me, let me voice my concerns, and still get me in and out of there within an hour.
Dr. Stark was great as well and was thorough in his examination. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency appointment today (very easy to schedule online) for a toothache that ended up being TMJ related. It had been hurting and affecting my eating for weeks, but I have not been to a dentist in over 5 years so was in full panic attack mode at the thought of even stepping foot in an office. The pre-visit questionnaire thoughtfully asks if you have any anxiety around dentist visits, and what negative experiences you may have had in the past. This alone is what got me in the door.
Once I was in, the front desk lady was warm and kind, the hygienist was not judgemental (this is one of my bigger fears for some reason), and Dr. Stark was clearly informed on my notes about anxiety. Despite being a full-ass adult and them exceeding my expectations, I couldn’t keep it together in the end and did cry a bit—Dr. Stark did not seem phased by it.
He came up with a plan for my jaw pain, noted that I have cavities in a way that did not make me catastrophize, and made a plan for working on treatment in quadrants (up / down, left / right). I think that these folks know how to make being at the dentist the least overwhelming it can be for anxious / fearful / autistic people. I’m going back, and that’s the best endorsement I could give! Very friendly and up on technology. I was recommended and very happy with Dr. Stark and his team. The only thing is when I was coming out of the room, the swinging door from another room opened as I was walking by an hit me hard leaving a big bruise on my thigh.
If it was a little kid walking by, it would have caught their face. I would make sure each person that leaves the rooms look first before leaving the room.
