Dr. Shawn Hamilton is seriously the best dentist!!! He’s been my dentist since 2012. About 6 months ago I had an emergency dental procedure and was forced to go to a different dentist and it was just an awful experience.

I will never go anywhere else, Dr. Hamilton has got me for life!! I love their office amenities, it’s super clean and really updated with TVs mounted in the ceiling and movies playing to keep your mind off “things”. I will NEVER go anywhere else again!!

When I called they squeezed me in. I still should up a hour and a half early. They did what they needed to. Fast efficient and professional. Nurses, front office were totally exceptional. I will always cone back here in the future for all my needs. Great staff all around!! Also to the lady who did my x-ray, your a freaking rockstar!! Thanks for getting me numb so quickly!!

If I could I would have give zero star. I had a very disappointing experience with the office staff yesterday. I called regarding a billing issue and asked why I hadn't received a bill for several months. The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and almost yelled at me. She insisted that they had sent the bill, but I haven't received anything.

She promised to email it to me, but I waited the entire day and received nothing. Today, I have been calling repeatedly, and no one is answering. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.
