My daughter needed an urgent appt at St. James dental care. Joanne worked her magic and was able to schedule my daughter in for the next day. Dr. Hensler and Melinda (her assistant) displayed the utmost compassion and patience. The treatment plan was outlined clearly and performed expeditiously.

We could not be happier with the care we receive at St. James Dental. It is a fabulous dental practice and the doctors and staff are top notch. Also, it is a warm and welcoming environment. You feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands.

Dr James and the staff are awesome. Had an issue with my appointment (now just realizing it was my fault) and they made adjustments so I didn’t have to come back. If it wasn’t for that mixup, I wouldn’t have seen Dr James and I really liked him so it worked out. Front desk ladies are pretty awesome too 😀

Staff were enthusiastic and thorough. My main critique is that routine dental cleaning was deferred to prioritize diagnostic testing including Xrays, gum measurements, and other testing of limited clinical utility or coverage by insurance. The practice should prioritize dental hygiene above testing of questionable clinical utility to minimize the need for follow-up visits.
