Do not go to this dentist office. Had a root canal done, I came back to get a cap exactly 7 days after the root canal was done, I was also supposed to get a second root canal on a different tooth. Nobody was in the office, I waited around for 30 minutes and came back, the receptionist was just walking in. They continued to tell me that my dentist was under the impression that he had done my second root canal and that my appt was the day before, absolutely was not. I set a reminder the day I scheduled.

Then they said their mistake, I was there on the correct day and they could squeeze me in 30 minutes later. I went back to my car to wait and got a bad feeling. Went back inside to collect my x rays to go to another dentist, when I entered the whole waiting room is talking about how the dentist made a patient cry a few minutes previously because a woman came in saying she was still in tremendous pain after her root canal, (I was having the same problem) and he started yelling at her. So I got my c rays and left. I went to another office to get my permanent cap and crown put on and had to get my original root canal finished because he did a half root canal and missed 1/4 canals.

Hence the previous pain. Just don’t bother, the older dentist is rude and impatient.

The worst experience ever!! The Dr. Is amazing but please the recepcionist take her out!!!! People like her should NOT work on customer service!! This is my our History: My Husband is patience of this place and he is very happy with the Dr. He refered my parents to this place. TODAY 06/10/2025 My Father had appoiment at 4pm.

I received 3 calls from this place during the morning that they had cancellations and if my father can be there before. They have on FILE MY NUMBER because my Father doesn't speak English so I manage all his appoiments. I took the 3rd call and the lady said that my Father have appoiment at 3 pm. I called my Father to confirm this and connect the call with the lady and she start to speak in spanish and she scream to my Father we called you to confirm at 3pm and you said YES! I Said to her relax one moment you don't have to treat us like that, is impossible that you confirmed this appoiment with him because you have my number and I never got a call from you.

She scream again saying are you coming or not?? I was about to respond when she HANG UP the phone. I tried to call her again and she refuse to take the call

This office is a complete disgrace. I’ve been trying to get an appointment since last July to fix a root canal that left me with a persistent infection. They almost never answer the phone, and when they do, the staff is rude, dismissive, and clearly couldn’t care less. After finally getting an appointment, they canceled the day before—while I was halfway through the antibiotics they prescribed for the procedure. When I asked if they’d prescribe more for the rescheduled visit, I was told, “No, the infection will be gone.

” If the infection’s gone, why does the root canal still need to be redone? The lack of basic logic and care here is dangerous. This place is unprofessional, unaccountable, and completely unfit to treat patients. Go literally anywhere else.

This place was one of a kind! had an exceptional experience at this endodontics office. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism of the entire staff was immediately evident. The front desk team was courteous, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The doctors here are truly outstanding.

Not only are they highly skilled and thorough, but they also take the time to explain procedures and ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I felt like I was in the best hands possible. It's clear that this office operates with a high standard of care and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to anyone in need of endodontic treatment. A truly top-notch team!
