Terrible experience — do not go here. Booking the appointment was my first red flag. The staff on the phone were rude and dismissive, and it felt like I was bothering them just by trying to schedule. At the actual appointment, things got worse. I came in for a standard cleaning, which the hygienist rushed through in less than 5 minutes.

No protective eyewear was provided, and she continued spraying water into my face and eyes without pausing or acknowledging it. They also charge extra for a “cancer screening,” which she did in about 10 seconds with no explanation and didn’t even tell me if anything was found. The entire experience felt careless and unprofessional. The cleaning was so rushed and rough that my mouth was sore afterward — something I’ve never experienced with any other dental cleaning. I’ve been to many dentists, and this was by far the worst.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After reading more reviews, I can see I’m not alone. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. After my visit, I was shocked to see charges for procedures that were never performed. When I asked for clarification, I was given vague explanations and met with resistance instead of transparency. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage and tack on random fees hoping I wouldn’t notice.

To make things worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive when I voiced my concerns. The lack of professionalism and respect was unacceptable. I’ll be going elsewhere for a second opinion—and I strongly recommend others do the same before trusting this place with your care or your money.

my mother went in for approved deep cleaning but the hygienist refused to do to the appointment because my mother couldn’t pay out of pocket for antibiotic therapy. Shes fully covered for cleaning but hygienist insisted on antibiotics and up charge or she won’t do the cleaning. The dentist had clearly treatment planned for a cleaning only. The hygienist then said “doctor doesn’t know” and gave billing sheet to my mother with the new charges. My mother did not want to pay anything beyond what was covered and so her appointment was cancelled.

The hygienist has no right to diagnose, offer treatment nor withhold any treatment without the licensed consent of the doctor. It’s a liability issue. Dr. Baldi, by all accounts you’re a great dentist but your staff is speaking behind your back, changing treatment or using your license to diagnose putting you at risk. Any office that changes the billing on you and blindsides you with out of pocket expense is one thing.

But to withhold treatment all together because you aren’t getting it your way is a whole another level of negligence and malpractice. And talking ill about your Doctor. That’s a dealbreaker. Good luck.
