Smile dental care PC lives up to its name—every visit leaves me grinning! Dr. Patel and her team make dental care feel easy, even for someone like me who used to dread checkups. The office is bright and modern, with a friendly vibe that starts from the front desk. My cleaning was thorough but gentle, and Dr. Patel took time to explain my gum health with clear visuals.
What impressed me? They offer flexible hours, including evenings, which fits my work schedule. The staff is amazing with insurance, handling all the paperwork so I don’t have to stress. When I needed a filling, they made it painless and even checked in the next day. It’s dental care that’s efficient, kind, and genuinely focused on making you smile—inside and out.

DR. CINDY is one of the best dentists I've been to. My family has been going to her for years. My 6yo son actually reminds me about his appt because he enjoys coming!! You feel like family here and they truly work with you. She is honest, but not pushy.
She doesn't try to sell you anything. Honesty and the family feel is why I will remain a patient of Dr. Cindy! Dont let a bad review rob you of this comforting experience. She does great work and you'll be very happy with her and her team!

My kids and I have been going to Dr Cindy for about 10 years. She is very good with my kids. She always makes sure to pull me to the side to let me know what's going on with them so my kids won't hear. She's also successfully taken care of my son's cavities without him even knowing which is amazing.
I've read some reviews about the receptionist with the tattoos named Juan. I have never had any issues with him. He is nothing but friendly, helpful, informative, and attentive to everyone when I am there.

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for 9 years, after reading glowing reviews about her online. She has taken care of my teeth, educated me on the importance of keeping up with healthy dental practices (mind you I am 61 years old and a practicing registered nurse) and treated me with kindness and respect. She has worked miracles with my Mom’s challenging dental work (creating masterpiece teeth that look like her own), that makes her travel the long distance from Maryland.
Her assistants and receptionist have treated me with nothing but respect, greeting me by name the second I walked through her door. I recently had a root canal done by another dentist in her office (sad to say I don’t remember his name) and he was phenomenal; along with his dental assistant, who seemed to know what he needed without asking. Right after that, I headed to Dr. Nguyen’s chair, where I was fitted with a temporary crown.
2 weeks later I returned for the permanent one, which was a perfect fit and I’ve had no problems since. Her dental assistants are awesome, polite and also caring. I needed to write this review, not to negate the negative comments because each experience is unique for each individual, but to just encourage people to visit her, at least once, and form your own opinions. My family and I have found the perfect dentist, who doesn’t make us cringe when we need to go to the dentist!!!
