I was pleasantly surprised of the care and attention I received at Sage Dental & Orthodontic. Dr. Sommerville explained everything in detail and I was very happy with his service. The oral hygienist Hanna was also great to work with.

It is rare today to see good customer service. The personnel at Sage/Kennesaw exhibited excellent customer service at my past two visits. Dr. Sommerville is very knowledgeable, gentle and professional. Anna, the office manager, is the perfect example of efficiency and caring for patients. I recommend this office!

I recently visited this office for a dental checkup, my first dental visit in several years, so I was already feeling a bit anxious but eager to get back on track with my dental care. The front desk staff and the dental assistant were both very kind, welcoming, and professional, and I greatly appreciated the time they took to make me feel comfortable and answer my questions. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Miremami was extremely disappointing. From the moment he walked in, his approach was dismissive and judgmental. Without asking anything about my dental history or current habits, the very first thing he said to me was, “You’re not flossing enough.
” I actually floss daily, but instead of asking clarifying questions or offering constructive feedback, he simply made assumptions. When discussing the early-stage cavities he identified, he added that I should floss more, especially if I have a high sugar diet. Again, without taking any time to ask about my diet, medical history, or lifestyle. This felt like another careless assumption based purely on appearance, which was both offensive and unprofessional. Throughout the brief appointment (which lasted barely two minutes), Dr. Miremami made no effort to review my x-rays with me, explain which teeth were affected, or walk me through the treatment plan.
I was quickly handed off to the assistant to handle everything else. Thankfully, the assistant was kind, patient, and willing to answer my questions, but overall, I left feeling dismissed, judged, and deeply uncomfortable. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for Dr. Miremami to reflect on the importance of empathy, professionalism, and basic patient-centered care. A little respect goes a long way.
