I been coming to this dentist office for the last 2 years. My last visit had a very horrible experience, I come to do a regular cleaning , I walk in to the front desk the lady who was there had a bad attitude, the first thing she said was that I had a balance due of $185 for a fill- in that was never made to me at this dentist office, I explained that this procedure was never made and they keep existing that it was done to me . I told them to double check my record and of course there was “NO” record of me having a fill in. Very unprofessional from the Doctor , he only replied yes , yes and yes to everything, he didn’t even apologize for trying to make me pay a balance of something that was never made.

To all insurance and clients please double check of what’s being done and what are you paying for because apparently they are used to do this to there clients. I will never be coming back here ever again.

If you're looking for a great Dental practice with a caring staff, look no further! From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the actual dentist; everyone is so kind and is there for you. The practice is in s great location near Kennestone Hospital. Everyone there genuinely cares about your well being and what it takes to get you there.
