Terrible customer service! Was scheduled to get an extraction and a filling. They sent me loan documents to sign for those services. Then I arrived and I was told I needed new X-rays because there was a new doctor on staff. Therefore, I had to get a new appointment schedule for my next services after the new head dentist checked my new x-rays. And the loan that I got, I would either have to cancel or add a new loan on top of that depending on the new services I may or may not have to get.

It was a mess!! Then the front desk never apologized for the inconveniences that I had to go through. Never once said, I’m sorry in any of their sentences when they were speaking to me about next steps. An apology goes a long way, and the problem with customer service these days is they are not taught soft skills. Or they just don’t care because they don’t value long-term relationships. The front desk lady I was speaking to her name is Dominique.

She was short with me and indifferent about all of the inconveniences I had to deal with. Did not care that I took off work and was put into a loan that I ended up not needing. Never apologized once. Also, the front desk does not communicate with the people doing the services in the back, so there was a ton of confusion.

This is the first time my husband and I have been to this dental office. everyone was so nice and courteous. The lady working with my husband was amazing and she explained everything to us step by step and how everything will go and about how the the procedure will take. Nargiss who is the one who is assisted us, was amazing. Kudos to her for providing excellent patient service and care.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I have to warn others about this place. In fairness, the dentist was pleasant, prompt, and reasonable. Unfortunately, there were a few red flags regarding the rest of the organization. I made and then adjusted my appointment by phone directly with their staff, but when I arrived they told me I was still scheduled for my original time.

They take more baseline X-rays than any dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’m pretty confident it’s more than basic insurance wants to cover. After my hygienist exam, which took about 90 seconds, she decided that she didn’t have time to clean my teeth (the whole purpose of my visit). Mind you, no major concerns or mitigating circumstances noted by the dentist. When I went to check out and finalize a second appointment to actually get my teeth cleaned, they gave me an estimate for hundreds of dollars in out of pocket fees.

I said no thanks. Do yourself a favor and find a dental practice that actually cleans your teeth. The other reviewers castigating this place are not lying.
