I will never recommend this office. I was charged $250 for a consultation that started with the assistance and I choose not to be knocked out when the dentist came in she insisted that I be knocked out, she was in the room maybe 10 minutes at most. The day of surgery I don’t remember her saying anything to me and when I woke up she was not in the room. The next day my whole chin was bruised. I gave them $1700 for 4 extractions plus what my insurance covered.

I then received a bill for an additional $340 also a bill from a lab for another $340, that was never discussed with me. Needless to say I have been telling anyone that would listen my feelings. I haven’t done this yet but I will be contacting my insurance.

Everyone was very pleasant and caring to my needs. Dr. Rider is an excellent surgeon and made me comfortable through all my procedures. All staff members were excellent and answered all questions and made me comfortable being there. Very highly recommend this office.

5 stars for 9 teeth removed!! I couldn’t thank Dr. Rider enough for going above and beyond, multiple times! First I was able to get in 1-2 months before Cardon’s office. The early timing helped a lot as my teeth were in severe pain! I did have an issue where Rider’s office said my insurance plan was maxed out but they were eager to jump on the phone with me and my insurance and resolve the miscommunication, rather than pushing me away. I just had 4 wisdom teeth + 5 molars removed. Everything seemed great afterwards besides one area kept on bleeding. It was a lot, filling my mouth with blood every 15-30 seconds.

It went on 8-10hrs like this, super scary. I had a rare “liver clot”. Thankfully, Rider has an after hours line and responded promptly. I sent her a pic, she noticed the issue and got me in there at 8pm- Yes 8pm after hours! To fix this “liver clot”. They are very rare and unlucky, NOT her fault, but she handled the issue perfectly. One small procedure later, she got it to stop bleeding and begin healing.

I was so happy to be able to text her a pic and for her to offer a quick solution. I would recommend Rider to anyone and everyone. After going above and beyond for me at LEAST 3 times, I couldn’t thank them enough. Thank you again to Rider and all the staff. Everyone is smart, friendly and willing to help!

Highly recommend! Timely scheduling, great staff, and pain free extraction. I called with tooth pain needing an extraction and was able to get in the same day! Her staff was very welcoming and informative. The other places I had called were not as accommodating and required several steps before I would have been able to have the tooth taken care of!
