Dr. Carter is wonderful with both my 12-year-old (who needs braces) and my elderly mom (who has dental anxiety). He explains treatments clearly and takes time to answer every question.
The hygienists are gentle but thorough, making cleanings a breeze. The office is modern and bright, with a comfortable waiting area and TVs in treatment rooms. They work magic with insurance, send friendly reminders, and even offer same-day appointments for emergencies. It’s rare to find a dental practice that feels like family—this is it!

I have always had dental anxiety and never been a fan of going to the dentist but I needed to switch to a new dental office and I am SO GLAD I found Dr. McFerran & his staff at Summit Pointe Dental. They made me feel so comfortable and listened with care to all my concerns providing confident solutions. I am looking forward to going back! Highly recommend this office!
