Dr. Myers is the sweetest dentist I have ever been too. However, every time I have been over billed. This last time by $600.00. It’s always a fight to get my money back. Keep your bills, quotes, all documentation they provide, because it is the only way to prove they over charged.

Took my girlfriend to this place for the first time, she was already a little wary of going to the dentist, but I assured her that this was a straight forward process and that she had nothing to worry about, boy was I wrong. They told her she needed a root canal, scheduled the first appointment at the Draper office, dentist was fantastic. We had the second round scheduled at the Fort Union office to grind down the tooth and put a temporary crown on top. They didn't properly numb her, the dentist after the first sit down only came back once to look at the computer screen. The dental assistant did the entire procedure by herself! It was clear that she was struggling but she kept assuring us that she had been doing this for 20+ years, but she was terrible. She refused to bring anyone else or ask the dentist for help and to come back and look at it and ended up cracking the temporary crown, attempted to fix it and instead left a monstrosity in my girlfriend's mouth.

My girlfriend was in pain, but the dental assistant kept insisting that her mouth should still be numb. She had a small adjustable table for the tools, but chose to put the tools on my girlfriend's chest and several times asked my girlfriend to hold the tools herself. Completely unprofessional! After they finally were done torturing her the result is the picture attached to this review. I don't even need to tell you which tooth is the one they messed up as it's so clearly identifiable. The dentist never came back to look at the disaster they put in my girlfriend's mouth and just let us walk out! Once we got home she was so uncomfortable I looked at it and took the picture. Had to drive back to the office show the picture to the dentist who should have caught it the first time we were there.

He admitted that it was jagged and she had to go back in the chair so he could clean up the mess of a tooth they left her with. You could not pay me to bring her back to this office. I strongly encourage you to use their Draper office if you need to use this business.
