I’ve been coming here for the past year. My first visit was December 2019 and they were super accommodating, personable, friendly, welcoming, and professional. Chris the hygienist is super patient and very nice. My Dentist is super awesome. He is super efficient. This last time I went, yesterday I had the same experience.

Even more, they were able to squeeze me in a day early as they notified me of a cancellation. I am glad I go here. Highly recommend. Oh and are definitely taking extra measures to ensure safety during the pandemic.

Very Disrespectful, ill mannered, and poor decency. Will never return. I mainly made the appointment to get 2 teeth fixed that had a pervious filling coming loose. I went in 30 minutes early to do my new patient paperwork and my original appointment time that I had made a week prior was at 12. I was not taken to the back til 12:40. I didn’t mind because I assumed it was a busy day. The lady that did my X-rays was nice and so was the dr. Who I had maybe a 4 minute talk and he looked at 4 teeth then said I had 7 cavities. 😨 Then they tell me that the hygienist was on lunch and wouldn’t be back til around 1.

(I don’t think they realize that I heard them looking for her because no one knew where she was. ) they wanted me to reschedule my cleaning and I said I’d wait since I had already been there for an hour at that point. 1:30 rolls around and they hygenist comes in and looks at 4 teeth just like the dr did and said I have sensitivity and they’d have to take a laser under my gums due to gingivitis. I explained that I’m new to gingivitis and have never heard of it or a laser and asked what the laser does. She raised her voice and and started snapping at me still speaking to me as if I was stupid. I told her I wasn’t trying to argue I’m not the professional I just wanted to have a better understanding of the procedure. She told me that if I’m still confused at this point I can just do research at home and said how fluoride is more (which ik) and that if I don’t understand that I could do research about that at home too. All said in a very disrespectful tone. I was there for 2 hours and got spoken to so poorly I went out to my car crying and never got a cleaning.

I more so charged my insurance to sit there for 2 hours. My insurance overs cleanings twice a year the lady that did my X-rays even read that to me from my insurance plan. Yet they said that without the cleaning being added on it was going to be $208 after insurance once i book an appointment to get the “7” cavities fixed. NOT INCLUDING THE CLEANING. I just said I’d make an appointment when I’m ready because I didn’t want to be treating poorly anymore. I went to a different Dentist a week later and they said they’d fix the 2 teeth I had the concern with and that I had 1 watch but no cavities. I honestly am baffled by the disrespect that was allowed. I have been spoken to very poorly in other situations but never like this.

This is my second time at this office, and I will definitely be visiting regularly! My prior Dentist office was just fine, for the most part. The only real problem I had there is that I sometimes felt like they were just trying to get as much money out of me as possible every visit, and was less down to earth and relatable. Not sure how to describe it exactly, but I felt very comfortable each time and didn’t feel judged or patronized.

It made visiting the dentist so much less anxiety-inducing! Maria was the hygienist and she was very kind! Felt like I almost knew her already! Same with Dr. Lewis! Just very kind and relatable, yet professional. Got me in and out of there much faster than I had expected! And at a very fair price!!
