I will start with the good: everyone is friendly, they listen, and they do a good job. My complaint is that I got a filling, which unfortunately chipped twice, once a week after getting it and another a week after that. I called in and left a detailed message when they were out of office and asked for a call back hoping to get in to fix the filling. They never returned my call.

Now I have to go to another dentist to get my filling fixed and pay for it all over again. I am not happy that they didn't want to make it right.

Dr. Coleman is good about asking if what he wants to do to help is okay with you. It's not fun when a dentist doesn't do that, trust. He also wants to make sure he is not hurting you and will frequently ask if you're okay. Really appreciated how he approaches his work.

He was pretty detail-oriented. The environment is very modern and professional. The staff is friendly but not overbearing which I appreciate.

Oh my gosh, they were the most awesome dentist ever. I was grumpy and they probably thought i was the meanest old lady ever! But they kept on being nice and attentive, which made me nicer and and more receptive to their awesome service! I could have sworn they have read Raving Fans book, which my office i work in, made us read. Thank you, you are the best!

My experience was excellent. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and staff greeted me with smiles. Audrey, the hygienist, was gentle and knowledgeable about my cleaning and Dr. Coleman was great. And to top it all off, there prices are reasonable. I recommend them.
