We drove over 2 hours for 2 of our boys to get fillings today that has been scheduled for 2 months just to find them closed. We didn’t get a phone call or an email or anything. This is the second time this has happened. One other time we drove all the way there and 30 minutes before we got there.

We got a notification that her appointment was canceled. They do not care if you have to miss work or rearrange your whole schedule.

Our first appointment was fine but then we had to wait an additional 6 months to get my sons teeth fixed. Then when going to my daughter appointment last week they canceled it because we didn't confirm even though we didn't get a call or email.

So they rescheduled and we called an hour before the appointment to confirm we was still good for them to put her information in the system incorrectly and tell me she canceled the appointment because of rudeness.

I don’t like giving poor reviews, because I know that there are people that genuinely care working here, but I’ve had a few too many poor experiences. Mainly, the bedside manner of some of the dental hygienists’ is very poor and some are not gentle at all. I had sores along my gums from one of my recent cleanings. Of course, it isn’t every time, as there are different hygienists, but it still isn’t a pleasant experience! I have also had good experiences with plenty of conversation (or the most you can have with tools in your mouth) that made me feel relaxed and welcomed! The lady who did my xray was quite kind, as well. My younger sister has also had poor experiences with the hygienists and dentists.

She was cut along her cheek once getting a filling and belittled for crying (she couldn’t have been older than 8! However this was not recent at all so take it with a grain of salt. ) I myself have never had any poor experiences with the dentists, though. They have all been very gentle and with good beside manners. Both recent times I’ve gone I’ve had a very gentle and competent dentist (Dr. Obje perhaps? I don’t remember his name unfortunately.

Sorry!) who made me feel much more relaxed. I am willing to change this review if I see differences, but for now the best I can give is 3 stars. Edited in post: Also, all of the dental operations I have received has been adequate and virtually painless.

My daughters brother headbutted her and ended up splitting her 2 front teeth open and they were turning black and found out at dentist they were also infected. So she had them pulled and they did great with her. What bugs me is that I had an appointment and they cancelled and said because I didn’t answer to confirm it. I never got a call or anything and glad I asked when my daughter was getting her teeth pulled or it would’ve been a wasted trip since I live a state away.

My state doesn’t accept mine or kids insurance. Still can’t find any that accept mine as an adult. But she came out not freaking out or anything. I’m just glad it was taken care of
