Butwin is kind, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable yet down-to-earth! And best--he performs pain-free dental surgery! Trudy is by FAR the most adept dental hygienist I have ever experienced, and she is SO nice too!! I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to it because I know it will be a GREAT experience!!

Dr. Butwin is the best. I did a lot of research before scheduling my first appointment and he hasn’t disappointed. Several members of my family have been seen as well and we all think he’s the best dentist ever. I cannot believe how little pain we’ve had for some serious procedures.

I would first like to share that I think Dr. Butwin is a fine dentist, who is friendly and very compassionate. I had followed him from the previous dental office that he had came from, as I was totally impressed with not only his work but his mannerism's. However, since opening his own practice, certain things have been lackluster, and sadly outside of him directly. Please keep in mind, I work retail as well, and I know the public aren't always the easiest to deal with but the simple gestures go a long way, especially with the price of things these days. Calling a customer back, especially when they have called a multitude of times is essential, let alone in the process of trying to bring you another paying customer, I would think would be vital.

I called so many times over the course of several months I have lost track. At the time of my last cleaning, which was almost 5 months ago, I tried to setup an appointment for my son as a new patient and was told they were roughly 4 months out on scheduling, which is understandable. However, at the advice of the scheduler they put him on the cancellation list instead, as I was advised that would be a quicker way to get him in. Countless calls later, several months with no response, I finally call again today, 4/3/24 and finally got someone on the phone. I was told the cancellation list was very long, and now the scheduling is almost to the end of the year. I realize you may have plenty of patients, and a patient lost is non-important but that mindset will catch up with you sooner than later.

I'm rather saddened by this personally and that it had to come to this, because I do feel he is a class act dentist, along with knowing his mother and sister, and they are great people. The only thing I can say is "The only way to fix a problem, is to first admit that you have one". Todd, I wish you and your family the best, and I hope you can get the problem straightened out, you have a bright future buddy. Jason Benefiel
