The wait here is horrendous. I spent my whole afternoon here. From 2 pm to 5:00. That’s ridiculous!!! Bedside manner is great. The doctor is kind but the waiting here is too much.

They overbooked their patients with only one doctor seeing them all. I left hungry and disappointed. I have worked in doctors offices before. There’s definitely a way to manage and book patients in a way that they won’t have to wait long.

Such a great experience from start to finish! Friendly staff, facility, and wonderful care. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and quick. Rocio and Dr. Azim were both wonderful! They are super kind and gentle. They made sure my three children felt comfortable and safe. The facility is clean and fully equipped. I definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience taking my son to see Dr. Vasquez and her assistant, Claudia. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. Dr. Vasquez is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of our questions, and connect with my son in a way that made him feel comfortable and safe.

Claudia was equally exceptional—friendly, attentive, and very organized. She made the entire visit run smoothly and showed genuine care throughout the process. It’s clear that both Dr. Vasquez and Claudia are passionate about their work and truly care for their young patients. I highly recommend this pediatric team to any parent looking for excellent care and a compassionate environment for their child.

Customer service is horrible… my appointment was at 11am and I was 20 minutes late and wanted to cancel my appointment… because I complained they rescheduled me for 12pm and it is now 1:26pm and they have not seen my children yet! Several patience came in after me and have been seen and I am here waiting. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t speak the language but they were very polite over the phone in person they could care less… I even said you couldn’t wait 20 minutes for me but you expect me to wait 2 hours for you… how fair is that? And she shrugged her shoulders with no concerns.
