This place is absolutely horrible—from the manager to the dentist. I overheard the dentist talking about overcharging a patient, which is extremely unethical. They constantly change appointments and cancel at the last minute without notice. The hygiene in the office is unacceptable; it’s honestly a health concern.

The entire place needs to be shut down. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The manager, Isa, is completely incompetent and unprofessional.
