Taking my kids to this office for 5 years already, honestly I can’t complain. Yes sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone or a call back, but at the end they do a good job and every time I ask/need to adjust or change schedule they’re comprehensive and help me out with the situation. Orthodontist is great and make us feel welcome every time we go there.

So yes I do recommend this place. (Also an amazing view 🤗)

They gave us an appointment for 1 pm and said to arrive 15 minutes early. We got there at 12:45 and we didn’t get seen u til 2:30. Aside from that they called 4 other patients that arrived way after us before we were called. We didn’t leave the dentist office until 3:30. A waste of a day for a simple cleaning.

Honestly this place has an Amazing Dentist and great dental assistants but when it comes to the front desk, customer service, they lack big time in this department . The wait time for someone to assist you via phone call is a lot longer than it should be. Especially since this is a pediatric clinic. On my last visit when I asked the young lady simple questions about the phone line she appeared to have an attitude for no reason and Her body language was dismissive.

I believe if management can get on top of that phone line situation, I’ll be able to come back and give more stars. Bad customer service turns people away quickly.

Hello, My three children was seen by this location a year ago. They are very nice. I speak Spanish but my children don’t speak it well, or at all. I really loved that the hygienist talk to the children as the work is being done.

The only thing is that my children prefer to be spoken in English. I give it four stars because the dentist came and saw my children and without explanation gave me one huge bill with questionable complex procedures that my other older children had never in their lives received. What will I do differently next time? Have my husband there with me so the dentist have the opportunity to give me an explanation in her office the same day while the child is on the chair. The day I went — I went alone without my husband and I like to watch and listen to what they are doing to my children.

By the time I had the opportunity to speak to the dentist she was with other patients and was asked to come back to schedule another appointment to talk to her. I followed my gut and now me and my husband has chosen our dental home for my family. Will I come back? Yes, just for routine cleaning.
