Dental Clinics in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma

My first visit went ok then went back to discuss what we needed to do it went downhill, I couldn't ever get anyone to answer the phone or call me back I should have known when I was taken back to a lunchroom & seen all the files in boxes all over the place. After waiting 3 months I just finally called another dentist I'm glad I did though. I was just hoping to have a dentist close but the 30 miles is well worth it. Do yourself a favor & skip right on past Sims

I called this office because I was given their name directly from my insurance company as a participating PPO provider. I called and spoke to the front office, whom she let me know that she was his mother. I indicated that I would be a new patient needing a full set of x-rays and that I have a toothache on an upper left molar. Today is two weeks and nobody has called me back after speaking to two different people and leaving two detailed voicemails. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied and I’m actually shocked and appalled at the customer service at this dental office.
