Start off by saying this is an excellent office. The wait times are non existent. You sit down after checking in and are usually called within minutes. On top of that, everyone is friendly and they don't rush you. I purchased Invisalign through them and the process couldn't have been easier. What I especially like is they remind you several times (without annoyance) about your appt via text and for someone like me who is extremely forgetful, this is a bonus....I also used them for my recent cleaning and again, it was the best experience I've had in a dental office. Highly recommend them

the dentist and dental assistant were nice and set me up for a emergency root canal with another doctor but the ladies at the front desk handed me the card for the wrong office which happened to be on the opposite side of the island from where i was supposed to be and the only response they gave me was “we didn’t have cards for the actual office you were supposed to go to so that’s probably why we gave you that one.” yet these women never told me the correct office to be at. i called back and she was able to cancel my appointment and while on the phone with me the woman was talking about her lunch with someone else. very unprofessional desk staff.
