I cannot give Dr. Thomas and his Assistant more praise. I found out on a Friday I needed a root canal and the office got me in the following Monday. Never having a root canal I was apprehensive to say the least, not much scares me but this did. Dr.
Thomas' Assistant has a calming way that really put my anxiety at ease. Dr. Thomas has a demeanor that is second to none, he doesn't talk AT you like most Doctors do because they are the "All Knowing", he listens to your concerns and is extremely patient with you. He let me know everything that was going on with my tooth and why I needed the root canal. Long story short, if you need a root canal, go to this man.
Seriously, a root canal is pretty much like getting a filling, if not easier, it could be this Doctor, I don't know, but there really is no need to panic. Like I said, I cannot give Dr. Thomas more kudos, he and this office(West Michigan Endodontics) are top notch, if only all Doctors and Dentists in Kalamazoo were the caliber of Dr. Thomas.

The staff is accommodating and helpful in scheduling your appointment. Dr Thomas is very gentle and especially skilled at his vocation. I highly recommend this caring group of professionals.

Best care ever - relaxing and peaceful atmosphere - Dr. Thomas gentle, compassionate, and the best in his field. Assistant Sara makes the experience so comfortable. I would never go anywhere else for a root canal. I would give more than 4 stars if I could :)
