Dental Clinics in 108th St, Forest Hills, Queens County, New York

Attempted to make an appointment and the front desk receptionist (Russian accent) was very hostile and continued giving me issues regarding my insurance. This appointment was made weeks in advance and I had to call out of work. She then proceeds to call me 1 DAY before my appointment, a few minutes before the office would be closing and told me that I needed to provide correct insurance information or my appointment would be cancelled…. I was recommended here, and it’s unfortunate that this place is losing new patient referrals due to such a rude front desk receptionist

Was hesitant to come here from the previous reviews but figured I was nearby, and "it's just the receptionist, as long as the doctor is good I should be fine". That was a terrible assumption. I couldn't make it past the front desk (short gray hair, magnifer glasses, Eastern European lady). I just wanted to ask a few questions about their accepted insurance policies, inquire into some details regarding extractions and perhaps book an appt. She acted like I offended her and wanted to fight. Told me to go call my insurance or book an appointment. Thanked her and left. Maybe if you can make it past the reception, the doctor could be okay? I wish you good fortune in the wars to come.
