What are people saying about dental clinics near Flushing, Queens County, New York?

This is a review for dental clinics near Flushing, Queens County, New York:

Dr. Isakov saved my tooth!! I came to Dr. Isakov for a second opinion after being told I needed a root canal and he saved my tooth by doing a special filling. He's a great dentist with amazing hygienists and overall great office with amazing staff members. Dr. Isakov is the best dentist I've ever been to. Just wanted to thank him and his staff for being honest, taking their time and explaining the entire procedure.

The staff and hygienist were nice but my experience with cavity fillings on multiple occasions was bad. Had a filling done and experienced serious pain in the tooth in the days after. It was so bad I could not chew on that side of my mouth. I called to follow up but was told I could not be seen until at least a week later, I was only able to get an earlier appointment after pleading that the pain was bad and directly a result of the filling. It's ridiculous that the office expected me to wait at least another week to be seen again when I was in so much pain. For a different filling, the doctor skimped on the filling material (or did something wrong) and left a depression in my tooth. It was visibly noticeable and even more problematic, whenever I ate food with small seeds (think raspberries, blackberries, tomatoes), a tiny seed would get stuck in the depression. This is not the way filings are supposed to be done. It was only when I went to a different (phenomenal) dentist who redid the filling that I realized just how poor of a job was done initially. Even more frustrating, I was charged for this dental work because of the filling type I chose, less than 3 yrs. later. My metal fillings from childhood lasted longer. Unfortunately the visits here were a waste of time and money. Only good thing was the teeth cleanings.
