Does not listen, refuses to fill cavities she claims not to see. Wants to fill cavities that do not exist. But she will find the cavities that she said you don't have months later, after damage has been done

I called to make a new patient appointment. The person who answered did not give their name or even say the name of the practice. They asked me what insurance I had and then told me they were no longer taking anyone with that insurance plan. When I expressed my confusion, since my insurance company directed me to their office, she simply hung up on me without a word. Extremely rude.

This place doesnt have to look amazing from outside, it makes up for it in service. Dr. Coman is my favorite Dentist. I've been going to her for over 8 years now. She is very kind and gentle and thorough. I have really bad teeth and so far she is the only dentist that cares enough to actually help me seek out the coverage that I need and willing to do the work to help me.
