Dr. B is great. Truly a lovely person and very patient, kind and gentle; understanding as well. I just came from my first procedure and it was more than expected in terms of tedious work to be done, but she is thorough and takes her time doing it right which I greatly appreciate. The staff, Scott and Sarah are both very kind and patient as well and aide in explaining procedures, treatments, etc. As a team, they definitely made my experience pleasant. Majority of these reviews stand true and that is why I came here. They are all great and very welcoming! Thanks again

Dr. Balica and staff are very caring and compassionate. I was impressed with their level of concern and commitment to the patient. They left a very positive impression on me.
