I really like this dental office. I’ve been going here for a few years now (I think?), and the staff have always been friendly and very accommodating. I have autism and can get confused/overwhelmed in certain environments, but they always answer my questions and accommodate my needs.
I refer my dentist-hating friends to this place—everything is pink, they play nice music, and they take your comfort seriously. I believe that this would be a good place to take your kids too if they’re afraid of the dentist :)

I was traveling and they were able to get me in the same day! The dentist (Morgan?) was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. The assistant was also knowledgeable and kind. She even recommended a great hike in the area!

One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I was given conflicting information by different staff, hit with surprise charges, and left feeling like I wasted my time and money. The first cleaning was incredibly painful—even with numbing—and left me sore for days. I’ve never needed to be numbed for a cleaning before. I paid $140 for what felt like an incomplete job.
The second cleaning (without numbing) was totally fine and actually seemed to fix what was missed the first time. That just made the first visit even more frustrating. Would not recommend and I will not be back.

I’ve been coming to Morgan Presley for over 15 years, and for most of that time, it was a great, clean, family-friendly environment. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, the experience has changed significantly. I initially had a clear retainer placed to correct a single misaligned tooth. I was told the treatment would take 3–6 months, but it ended up taking 16 months—and the tooth still wasn’t properly corrected.
I was then advised that cosmetic veneers would give me the straight, white smile I was aiming for, and I agreed to proceed, especially with the discount being offered at the time. However, the results were disappointing. My teeth are still not straight—the lines are curved and uneven, and the shapes are inconsistent. I would not recommend this service to others.
Additionally, there have been numerous staff changes recently, and the overall service and atmosphere just aren’t the same. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years, but sadly, we’ll now be looking for a new dental provider—one that truly values its patients and their experience.
