Dr. Ruiz and the dental assistant were so patient with me as I had a major panic attack when I knew that needle was coming. But Dr. Ruiz really knows how to give shots. I barely felt the first one and didn’t feel any of the others. Dr. Ruiz and the dental assistant kept calming me and making sure I was okay. I am pleased with the outcome of my procedure and I highly recommend Dr. Ruiz!

Dr. Larsen has been my dentist for about 15 years, and he is professional and friendly. The assistants were great and made the exam comfortable, also. Their office has a wonderful view of the mountains!

It was a very professional and clean area. They were straightforward and showed me exactly what they were talking about and answering my questions. However, I think there was some confusion with what I came in for. Maybe I don’t understand, but I was there for a check up and then I realized that I thought I would get a cleaning too, but then I didn’t.

TLDR: They told me I had 8 cavities without cleaning my teeth and when I went for a second opinion at another dentist they said I had 0 cavities. I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning. When I got to the office they had the dentist come in and look at my teeth (after waiting for 30 minutes after my scheduled time) before they even did the cleaning. The dentist told me I had 8 cavities which I thought was odd since I’ve only had 1 cavity in my whole life.
I then asked if they were going to clean my teeth and they said no because there was no time for them to do it and they couldn’t get my insurance on the phone to ask them how much a cleaning would cost me. This place is in- network and I called my insurance from the parking lot and they answered and said that they didn’t have any records of the office calling and were unsure why they would call to begin with since they should have an insurance portal. I decided to go to a different dentist to actually get a cleaning and they told me I have 0 cavities! So they were trying to scam me into $100s of unnecessary dental work. After wasting about 2 hours at their office and never getting the cleaning I scheduled I got a $75 bill in the mail because they didn’t run my insurance.
Would NEVER go back here.
