I've been going to Dr. Josephs for 30 years, and I can't imagine entrusting my dental care to anyone else. Over the decades, I've seen the hygienist staff change, but the one thing that’s remained constant is the kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care every single person in the office brings. They always remember personal details and follow up on things we talked about during previous visits — it truly feels like family.

Dr. Josephs is not only a great dentist with an exceptional eye for detail, but also a compassionate human being. His commitment to giving back to the community — especially the extensive pro bono work he does for Holocaust survivors and others in need — speaks volumes about his character. It’s no surprise that his dedication has inspired his own son to follow in his footsteps and become a dentist too.

5 Stars – Best Dentist in West Palm Beach! Even though I live out of the area now, Dr. Mitchell Josephs will always be my dentist. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care are truly unmatched. The office staff is exceptional—Annette is simply the best, always friendly and helpful.

His assistants are second to none, making every visit smooth, efficient, and comfortable. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and consistent team. Absolutely worth the drive every time!

If I could give more stars, I would. I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Mitchell Josephs’ office in Palm Beach today, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the hands of true professionals. I went in for a routine cleaning, and Anna — the hygienist — delivered anything but routine. Hands down, one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had in my life.

Her skill, gentle touch, and attention to detail were unmatched. She’s not only incredibly thorough but also warm, friendly, and genuinely fun to talk to. The hour flew by so quickly I honestly wished I could’ve stayed longer (and how often do you say that about a dental appointment?). The entire office vibe is just… elevated. From Anette at the front desk to the exam room, everything feels modern, welcoming, and super efficient.

Dr. Josephs clearly runs a tight ship with a team that cares deeply about patient comfort and top-tier dental care. Count me in as a regular. I’ve found my Palm Beach dental home, and I couldn’t be happier.
