I came in for a cleaning appointment and all they did was take XRays and tell me come back. They then said they could not do a cleaning on my teeth. Total waste of time and they are charging my insurance for doing absolutely nothing. Very unhappy with Sage and will not recommend them to anyone, unless your happy paying $200 for them to say they will not clean your teeth

Worse place ever , I needed a wisdom teeth pulled and had to fight to even see the surgeon, you can tell they just shove people in always overbooked. They came to look at my teeth and barley wanted to look I never feel comfortable here I previously hadto have my deep cleaning in 4 cause so expensive each quadrant was $500-600 so I never do doesn't accept Athena or Geha even though A says they do and I found out they have to state bone loss never experienced this with a dentist finnaly gave in cause I needed my teeth pulled. Surgeon didn't even want to see me cause he said he was booked I had to literally show I was frustrated.

And when he came he has a whatever attitude . finally the quick to want a deposit but not making sure everything correct. Want to use my blue cross bluesheild but still paying 1700 for one tooth not even knowing I need the other ones pulled or not I never been so uncomfortable quick to want a deposit but forgot to mention.

If my insurance would be accept when they said they will call. Young guy constantly spray air fresher ever second walking back and forth this place will make you feel like a packed sardine in a can please avoid!! If I have 3 insurances and I got to pay that something was wrong. My advice instead of booking so many patients book fewer so you can provide quality patient care

I have never had so many issues with workmanship until seeing Peter Hebl. Nearly everything he has done, no matter how simple, has had to be redone an additional one or two times before it’s done right. What adds fuel to the fire is that he doesn’t honor the warranty for poor workmanship He says ‘I don’t see a problem” and will charge full price to fix what should have been done right the first time because it “takes his time”. My time is just as valuable as his, and I shouldn’t have to keep returning for things that fall apart or cause problems within the warranty period. . Also, he has no problem leaving a patient waiting mid-treatment while he takes his hour lunch.

I was there for two full hours just to be told the work is “good enough’ in his opinion. I agree he deserves a lunch break, but learn to schedule accordingly. That office was dead and I still sat for an hour and a half waiting on a treatment plan. Never again will I waste my time it my money there.

I came in for a routine exam and cleaning, but ended up being charged for additional services that were not covered by my insurance. These procedures were recommended—NOT REQUIRED—as part of the cleaning, but that was only mentioned after the fact. It’s frustrating and misleading. Clear communication should be a basic expectation.

I initially planned to return for more dental work, but after this experience—and after reading other reviews describing similar situations—it’s hard not to feel like this lack of transparency is part of their business strategy. That’s deeply concerning. Patients deserve honesty and clear communication when it comes to their care and costs.
