Dental Clinic in West Palm Beach, FL
Staff and Doctor was very attentive with my dental needs, also explaining the findings on my xray and giving me a layout on what is the best steps to take for my oral health. I was treated with professionalism and best of care.

This has been the worst dental office by far when it comes to communication. I took a loan from Sunbit which was not needed. They don't call you back when they suppose to, just give you the run away. They don't submit insurance claims and a timely manner, just put the blame off on someone else.

I've seen several Denise offices in the past 15 yrs to help me literally may not be the most up to date office, but him and staff are the best. They listen to what you want the things that you want and, explain things to you. The front staff there are excellent. And are available to give you futher information if u have another question.
They knew who I was as soon as I walked In after my 1st visit. I don't give these often cause very few places are deserved of it to grow there company. You want great people and experience with your needs and wants being addressed this is your place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Dental Arts West Palm Beach for a new patient visit and I felt rushed. I was told that I would need a deep cleaning and new patient x rays. During the x ray process I couldn’t stop gagging on the mouth pieces. It felt like they were digging the mouth pieces down my throat and they actually cut my mouth in a few different places. I’ve never had that issue in the past when getting dental x rays.
I was not in any pain when I got there, but I sure was in pain when I left the office. The dentist came in for want felt like less than 5 minutes and only looked at half of my mouth said I needed a deep cleaning and had some cavities. They quoted me over a thousand dollars and when I told them that sounded awfully high. The receptionist recommended that I get a second opinion and if I decide I want to go forward with the work with them to call them and I was told that I did not owe anything so I left. I called another dental office who saw me a week later (dental arts STILL had not sent the claim to my insurance company) and gave me a more affordable quote for the entire deep cleaning and filling for cavities, and started the deep cleaning (Dental Arts STILL hadn’t billed my insurance) so I never called Dental Arts back to do the work. A week ago I received a bill from Dental Arts for the painful x rays after being told that I didn’t owe anything, and the other day I received a letter in the mail from my insurance company stating that they received a request from Dental Arts for the deep cleaning when I never gave them authorization to do so.
I called my insurance company and told them the situation and they apologized for the horrible service I received and told me to call Dental Arts and tell them that they will not be paying for any services and told me not to pay for them either. Today I called Dental arts and told them about the fact that I went in pain free and then left in pain because of the way the x rays were done, and I also told them about my conversation with the insurance company and I was told by dental arts that she will call my insurance company and get them to pay and if they don’t pay it that I will have to. I have never been to a medical office who treats patients this way.
