Worst retainer I've ever gotten, they need to use a 3rd party vendor that knows how to make them correctly. This does not hold my teeth like my hold one and has exposed metal that pokes me daily. This was a waste of $600. This was very disappointing because Dr. Jolly is amazing and kind. I have never had bad experience with him. However, I got Dr.
Zachary Pitcher and appently caught him on a bad day because he was incredibly rude and I could not believe how condescending he treated myself and staff. He was the opposite of receptive and made be feel terrible for asking for adjustments on the retainer or questions. When I brought in my old retainer he should have communicated clearly what type of retainer he was capable of creating. The metals used seem much thinner and flimsy than my prior retainer from my old orthodontist. Overall terrible product and patient experience.

I had a terrible experience at Jolley Smiles — the staff was rude and seemed completely disorganized. My appointments were constantly delayed, and no one ever explained what was going on with my treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional orthodontic care.

All 3 of our kids had their braces through JolleySmiles in GJ. Always available and professional, even when we had an expander emergency on the weekend. Very grateful for their care from all 3 doctors. Highly recommend.
