My name is Doug Linebarger and I would recommend Jake & his team to anyone. Not only are they nice, down to earth people, they did a wonderful job. As someone who has had the unfortunate circumstances of having to deal with a lot of dental work & then implants, out of the 3 different offices I’ve been to in GJ, Jake is the best. He worked tirelessly & even when he really didn’t have a slot open, to get my unique situation taken care of. He got me my smile back and faced some pretty decent challenges with my case.

He has wonderful “bedside” manner & actually cares about his patients. Can’t leave out the girls in his office. They’re an absolute delight and super sweet. From the very depths of my heart & soul, THANK YOU.

AVOID Atwood Advanced Dentristry practice. Takes money and the service delivered is subpar and choppy. Told procedure would take 5 visits (last June) but major mistakes made (wrong color) causing redrilling out all my teeth. The process still not complete by March 2025. Christmas I had weeks of front teeth that would fall out if I spoke. All the temporaries were falling out and I endured weeks/months of this happening.

Atwood also pulled a tooth and said an implant would replace it - instead he told me I'd have to see an oral surgeon - and a weak bridge inadequately covering large hole in mouth was installed - blatant bait and switch. Venire procedures (paid over $32,000) came in piecemeal so the teeth are unveven - not flush - a few have large gaps, and the color of the back bottom 'eye teeth' look dark yellow and I was never advised upfront that would be the look. In fact, the bottom front eye teeth appear to have a different color than the other bottom teeth due to this yellow color not handled. The top front teeth implanted are not flush in alignment - they protrude above the toothline which looks like buck teeth - the most important teeth were made piecemeal. He used a lab on the east coast because he was unable to provide the color promised which added not only time, it added to the hodge podge look of my total teeth profile. Lastly, unprofessional in listening to Atwood's dating life as his wife was killed only weeks before.

Shocking level of poor judgment and inadequate skill to deliver what was promised. I was told I would be worked on until satisfied - didn't happen. I called about the absurd time this process was taking and I was forced to sign a piece of paper that contradicts itself in order to get back less than 1/3rd of what paid. This situation requires a FULL REFUND, everything needs redone to properly match. As said, avoid this place Atwood Dentistry.
