I was advised by friends and medical professionals to sue the female dentist who performed a removal of my wisdom teeth under only local anesthesia. Apparently she encountered complications during the procedure which could have been avoided if she would have just referred me to an actual oral surgeon who have experience in these situations and have medical equipment to put me to sleep. This procedure should be at least 30 minutes but I ended being on the chair for over two hours with no support to keep my mouth open. She kept pulling and pulling for so long on the same tooth, I was such in immense pain and I ended up having some sort of panic attack on the chair, shaking and tearing up with fear of the possibility of breaking my jaw. My mouth was so tired that she ended up snapping at me with an attitude to keep it together. Still because I had faith in what she was doing, I gullibly listened. The recovery was so bad and I knew something was wrong once I got home.
I barely ate because my mouth was so swollen and bruised along the jawline. Not to mention the corner of my lips were bloody and cracked from the tools throughout the whole recovery process. I followed standard protocol and went in after a couple days to remove my stitches, which she ended up putting more stitches because the original stitches moved or misplaced. Unfortunately, swelling and bruising went down after over two weeks. I am fortunate to have a boss who has a best friend who's an oral surgeon, Dr Zadeh, who took me in to see if the wisdom teeth was actually extracted correctly. Dr Zadeh was appalled at the work done in my mouth and was clearly convinced that they were in it for the money and did not care if my life was at risk. He emphasized that the female dentist should have referred me to an oral surgeon after seeing my x ray because my nerve was too close to my wisdom teeth.
To top it all, this office contacted me after insurance payment went through and informed me that I could proceed with the wisdom removal on the other side. I didn't and I went to go see Dr Zadeh. He removed it under 30 minutes. Minimal swelling and no bruising as it should be. To this day, I cannot believe I had to go through the traumatic experience and how it could have been avoided.

I was excited when I found this office as it is around the corner from my house. My plans were to take my entire family here for dental visits. I arrived at 9:25am for a 9:30am appointment. I waited until 9:56 then asked the receptionist why there was such a long wait. She stated that the they only have on X-ray machine since the other was broken. She said the dentist would see me in 10 more minutes.
30 minutes later, I still had not been seen by the doctor. When Dr. Naeem finally took me to the back, I explained that I was upset that I had to wait so long since I had scheduled this appointment around my workday. He offered no apology and simply said, "what do you want me to say? When you come to the doctor you should expect to wait. " I removed the cape from around my neck and left. Please spare yourself.
This dentist is rude, disrespectful and not customer focused. This guy is arrogant and his back office staff can not understand a word of English. We do not have to accept unprofessional behavior as paying customers.

I have been going to Dr. Naeem for over 20 years, he is an exceptional Dentist with skills second to none, it is one thing to be such a good dentist, it is another to be such a caring Dentist. I highly recommend him without hesitation. He is very gentle and his work is exceptional.

Dr. Naeem is a great dentist, from my first appointment, I was very impressed with his skills and the time he took to explain to me everything, I normally dread going to the dentist but not to Dr. Naeem he put me at ease and very reassuring , he has an exceptional staff, always kind and going above and beyond. . .
. one stop shop there hardly anything that Dr. Naeem cant do when it comes to dentistry. My visits have been very pleasant and will send all my friends and family without hesitation.
