I scheduled a new patient cleaning through their website, which listed it as an option. I later got a call saying they don’t offer that same day, and my appointment was rescheduled without asking me to a time that didn’t work. I found this misleading and frustrating, and ultimately chose to go elsewhere. I’d recommend confirming services directly before booking.

**UPDATE: I have since reached out to this office in order to have the little bit of information that was collected here transferred over to my NEW office and this place won't answer their phone. Called two different numbers throughout two different days AND the corporate customer service line for no one to pick up either one. Also, I reached out to the below email and no one ever got back with me either. FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST! Did not have a good experience here. Firstly, I was forced to complete x-rays not covered by insurance, despite asking to remove those from the visit due to financial struggles. I was told I had to have them to go through with the cleaning. I inevitably agreed, as I had taken off work for the visit and they were not too expensive.

Once they brought me to the back, I was informed they most likely would not be able to complete my cleaning, the only reason I had come. Upon inquiring, I was informed it was too close to closing (3PM when they close at 4PM, appointment was at 2:30PM, mind you) and they had someone arriving after me that they had to tend to. This was very disappointing to me, as I had asked off work for this appointment. I was told that if the person after me didn't show, they could "squeeze me in". I understand that it's a Friday afternoon, however appointments should not be made that cannot be completed, simple as that. Then, the hygienist was very harsh, poking and prodding my gums while shaming me for my dental hygiene. I do my best, but was really embarrassed by her tone and words.

Finally, before completing anything else, they brought me a bill for a cleaning and then the work I need to have done. When I brought up that my regular cleanings are covered by my insurance, I was told no, my teeth are in too bad of shape for even a regular cleaning, I have to do a deep cleaning only partially covered by insurance before we could even consider a regular cleaning. As I mentioned before, I'm not in a great place financially right now and was unable to pay the $200 for a deep cleaning. Ultimately, I feel this dental center is focused on upselling and getting as much money from the customer as possible, while also treating them poorly. I DO NOT recommend this dentist and will be finding somewhere locally that is not a chain dentistry, as this experience ruined them for me.

This location has gone through multiple management changes, yet continues to struggle with basic business operations. Customer service is lacking, the quality of care is compromised by a shortage of skilled doctors, and the management often comes across as rude. The facility itself is below standard. There are far better dental offices available in Alpharetta.

I was extremely pleased with my experience. The entire staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend this facility and will be returning myself for all my dental issues. Thank you for making me feel good.
