I booked an appointment here THREE MONTHS AGO. I called first thing the day of my appointment (6/23) and the receptionist was rude barely let me get a word out my mouth to explain that they had previously called me and left a voicemail telling me they needed my insurance information and therefore my appointment may have been canceled bc of the lack of the information and that i would pay cash if necessary since i didn’t want to wait for another open appointment since i had already been waiting for 3 months and im new to town. after i finally spoke up and explained over the receptionist as they had been speaking over me the entire call, i was put on hold for about 15-20 minutes for them to return to the phone and tell me the hygienist had left their office and my appointment was suppose to been canceled and there isn’t another opening until january.

meaning i would have to wait 7 months for another appointment after waiting 3 months prior to this one…. unacceptable .

I arrived for my appointment today and no sooner than sitting in the waiting I was called in the back. The dental hygienist greeted me and then recapped what was done the last visit and what was being done today. I left with my teeth feeling super clean and white.

Honestly, I was hesitant to try this place because of negative reviews that I saw online. But they were the only local dentist that took my insurance and could fit me in for a crown that another dentist did not complete. I am really pleasantly surprised with the level of care, professionalism, and skill at this dental office. I will definitely be making them my primary dentist going forward.

Their equipment is up-to-date, the facility is very clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all, they’ve done a great job, and they also navigated the preapprovals with my insurance, very efficiently, which I have had an issue with at other places. They do say a lot of patients in a short period of time. So I was a little concerned of my care being “rushed“.

But it was not, they are incredibly efficient, and although my appointments have been very fast, I have not felt any of my care being compromised. in fact, it’s very nice to be in and out of the dentist quickly while receiving top-notch care.
