Very friendly and professional people who greeted us warmly and answered all our questions and concerns. The entire staff is professional and kind, easy to work with. Jessica the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Devi explained in detail the issues with my teeth and came up with a plan to work with my insurance and it pays for everything without copays.

I had a good experience here with the doctor. Dr. Devi is very kind and the procedures I got went smoothly. However, I wouldn’t say the same about my experience with the front desk staff. My main reason for not returning here would probably be because of the hassle in terms of getting requested documentation or anything sent over. It takes multiple phone calls in order for it to be processed, which nobody has the time for. I also had to wait for 1 hour extra from my appointment time.

I understand that delays happen, but the least that could be done is let the patient know. When addressed, front desk staff did not respond positively, whereas Dr. Devi was a gem and she apologized and explained kindly which made up for it. But, the whole ordeal with front desk staff isn’t something I want to deal with again. If you’re willing to go thru that then sure, but the doctor is definitely great! I would definitely go back if it wasn’t for my experience with the front desk staff.

I’ve always been super anxious about going to the Dentist. . . to the point where I avoided it for years. But I finally decided to go to Great Expressions in December 2024 and I'm very happy that I did.

I’ve had several treatments since then, including treatment of cavities and a crown and everyone at the office has been absolutely wonderful. The whole staff is so sweet, welcoming and friendly. They really helped me feel at ease from the start. Dr. Devi is amazing! She’s kind and patient and always takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel informed and comfortable.

She constantly checked in with me at every appointment to make sure I was okay, which made a huge difference for someone as nervous as me. Thanks to every member of the staff I actually feel way more comfortable going in now. I’m beyond thankful for the care I’ve received here. If you’re someone who’s scared of going to the dentist like I was, this place will change your mind. I highly recommend!
