Having to have a Root Canal is never fun, but if you have to have one done, I highly recommend Dr Mark Dylewski at Great Expressions. He was excellent and I could not have asked for a better Endodontist! He explained everything to me, was patient with me, and did a great job! Highly recommend.

So, last week My son had to have a previous Root Canal looked at due to some problems and they said they'd have to re do the root canal and once in there see what's going on,so until then sent him home with antibiotics and over the weekend he has been in extreme pain, begging to just go to the er and have his tooth pulled , so, i call and try to get him in like asap and all they said was the doctor is booked and they cant help! And his appointment isn't until the middle of July! Whats he supposed to do, suffer! The antibiotics aren't working and his gum is swelling, im looking for no pain medication just help and fix the tooth! I will never ever step foot in that place again!

I recently took my wife here for her wisdom teeth removal, and overall, the experience had both positives and negatives. The Good: • The clinic has a nice atmosphere and a welcoming environment. • The staff was friendly, kind, and professional. The Excellent: • The surgeon and nursing staff were outstanding—both highly skilled and compassionate. The surgery itself went smoothly, and we felt she was in good hands. The Major Downside: One issue that really frustrated me was that they did not send the medication prescription in advance.

This may seem like a small oversight to them, but it was a huge inconvenience for me as the caregiver. Since my wife underwent full sedation, I had to drive her to the pharmacy while she was still disoriented, leave her in the car, and anxiously run back and forth until the prescription was ready. The nurse had specifically advised me to give her pain medication immediately to stay ahead of the discomfort, which meant waiting at the pharmacy wasn’t optional. I don’t understand why this step was overlooked. Every other surgery I’ve been through—including my own wisdom teeth removal and LASIK—allowed me to have the medication beforehand. This simple but crucial oversight significantly impacted our post-op experience.

Had it not been for this issue, I would have given them 4 or even 5 stars, as their medical care was excellent. However, great service isn’t just about the procedure itself—it’s also about aftercare and making the process as smooth as possible for patients and caregivers. For that reason, I can only give 2 stars.

The people are courteous and knowledgeable, but they are consistently late. This is my second time scheduling an appointment at 8 am, first appointment of the day... the assistant shows up at 8:10... And the doctor isn't in the building till 8:15, both times!! And by the time I see the doctor second time, it's at least 8:50 am!!!!
