I like the friendly staff and clean environment they help me relax before I see the doctors. The docs are great and will answer your questions clearly. They are costly thus the 4 stars but they have great hands, skills are empathetic for cowards like me. Dr. Guest in GP is great and I've seen all of the thoughtful specialty docs in Warren .

Great experience. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Finally Dr.Be is the best dental surgeon that I’ve ever had. A very good and knowledgeable doctor and his team made me feel very comfortable and confident in the surgery I have to get.

I rarely write reviews, but had to write this one. I went to this office for a Root canal. I was dreading the visit since the minute I made the appointment because I get so anxious about dental work. But, I was pleasantly surprised. I was seen immediately and the entire office staff was friendly and efficient.

Dr. Carbajal and the hygienist, DJ were awesome! They were also both very friendly, pleasant and happy to answer all of my questions. The appointment was pain-free and problem-free. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

Bad business dressed up as policies. This dental office requires a deposit just to schedule an appointment. Not for the actual procedure, but simply to hold the spot. I have no issue paying for care, but this policy feels more like a money grab than anything else. They say things like “the doctor requires X amount to secure your appointment,” which already feels off. After paying a deposit, I found out the appointment was just a consultation. I would need to pay another deposit to book the actual procedure.

That detail was not shared upfront and felt misleading. I came down with a contagious upper respiratory infection the day of my procedure. Wanting to be respectful and not expose anyone, I called to reschedule. I was then told I would need to pay the missed appointment fee before I could book again. Why? Because I called the same day instead of the day before. It would have been better if I had just come in and gotten the whole office sick. Thankfully, I had not paid the second deposit yet since I did not have my FSA card on me.

When I mentioned I planned to use it, I was actually advised not to. The staff said the service date would not match the payment date and it could cause issues with reimbursement later. That alone says a lot about how their process is set up. I was ready to reschedule and pay for the new visit, but the rigid policies and lack of care for real life situations left a bad taste in my mouth. This experience made it clear that the priority here is collecting deposits, not patient well-being. Be aware before you book.
