They schedule appointments for you and they randomly are not there or either just out of nowhere you are not scheduled for the date and time they gave you ! They rarely pick up the phone and its not just me it happened to my brother they didn’t even ven bother to call and day hey we haf to cancel your appointment we are closed. He went and they were closed with no prior notice this place sucks

I'm so disappointing, the only reason I choose to visit this place is for the distance between my job, it was convenience. I have visited this place for about 3 times and today was my last one. The last two times I waited over an hour and one of this times the dentist had to take lunch right at the same time my appointment was scheeduled. I didn't understood as to why I was giving an appointment time if there was no dentist to assist. Today I went for the third time and I schedule my appointment for 12:30pm, got there at 12:23 and to find out that there was 3 people ahead of me and I needed to wait about an hour before I see the dentist.
Then why do they give me an appointment if the dentist is not going to see me at the time it set to see me. This is ridiculous and I refuse to go back to this place. The staff they all look like they hate their job. I tried to visit this place by convenience but enough is enough and I will be taking my business somewhere else. I DO NOT Recomend this place unless you have 1-2 hours after your appointment is set to wait around then this is the place for you, but if you want to be seen at the time you are schedule to be seen then you should not visit this place.
It is very unprofessional and there is no organization in the way they handle the appointments. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm giving one star because the first time I visit I really thought it was going to be a great place due to the distance, but the way they operating now it is very disappointing.

This place is a BIG joke. I scheduled an appointment for me and my children over a month ago as they needed to be checked for school purposes. My appointment was on an earlier date and the day before my appointment I received a call saying that my appointment needed to be scheduled due to the Dentist not going to be there. Sure enough I got rescheduled for 2 months later. My children have an appointment this week and I get another call canceling their appointment as well.
This place is unfair and inconsiderate to the patients. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Screw this dentist and I feel sorry for the staff that have to work for an unreliable Dentist. Common sense, if you’re not going to be at your office, block your calendar for the day and stop allowing your staff to schedule appointments if you’re not going to work that day.
