Detailed Introduction

Grand Valley Endodontics is a specialized dental practice located in Grand Junction, Colorado, dedicated to providing advanced endodontic care. The clinic focuses on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases related to the dental pulp and tissues surrounding the roots of a tooth. Their team, which includes Dr. Callee Clark, Dr. Brandon Astin, and formerly Dr. Stephen Fante, are all highly trained and experienced endodontists. Endodontists are dentists who have completed additional years of specialized training beyond dental school, allowing them to perform complex procedures efficiently and with advanced technology. The clinic's primary services include: root canal Therapy: This is a procedure to treat an inflamed or infected tooth pulp. The inflamed or infected pulp is removed, and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned, disinfected, and then sealed with a filling material. Root Canal Retreatment: This procedure is for teeth that have not healed properly after an initial root canal. The doctors reopen the tooth, remove the old filling material, clean the canals again, and look for any new infections or anatomical issues before resealing the tooth. endodontic surgery (Apicoectomy): This surgical procedure is recommended when a non-surgical root canal isn't enough to save a tooth, typically due to persistent inflammation or infection in the bony area around the end of the root. During an apicoectomy, the end of the root is removed, and a small filling is placed to seal the root canal. Grand Valley Endodontics prides itself on using advanced technology like digital imaging and operating microscopes to ensure quick, comfortable, and successful procedures. The team is committed to making patients feel informed, educated, and comfortable throughout their treatment, emphasizing a comprehensive and educational approach to dental health. Their goal is to save natural teeth whenever possible, as a natural tooth is considered the best option for a patient's long-term oral health.

Dr. Callee Clark, DDS was a miracle worker. She saved my tooth and made my root canal a breeze. She even helped me prepare for a presentation I’m giving in a couple weeks while I waited for the numbing shots to kick in.

She could tell I was absolutely terrified of having my tooth touched because of the pain and went above and beyond to distract me. The numbing shots have worn off and I feel so much better than I anticipated. Incredible staff too! Don’t hesitate! Let her help you asap! You won’t regret it.

They're horrible don't go here. . . The day before the appointment the quote jumped $1K. Suggestion: maybe hire someone with math skills to put your quotes together? Drove 6 hours roundtrip for an appointment to be told that they couldn't provide services to my kid because he has Medicaid. Mind you the service he supposed to get isn't covered by Medicaid and I was paying out of pocket, cash money. It was an awful experience.

Doctors are supposed to take a Hippocratic Oath and help people. They forgot that part. Reply to your answer: I don't think that you are looking at this correctly. I suggest sitting down when you get home tonight and taking a long think about your pathway as a medical provider. According to readily available data, 25% of all Coloradans are on Medicaid. The reality is the issue isn't the rules of Medicaid. The issue is that you made the decision to not be a Medicaid provider.

Any health organization that chooses not to provide service to a section of the population for any reason whatsoever shouldn't be in the healthcare services industry, period. Any doctor who chooses not to provide care to a group of people based on their insurance shouldn't be a doctor. As a medical professional, you took a pathway to help people. You're failing at that.

I was able to get in on short notice since my dentist at Western Slope didn't have availability before my trip overseas but recommended Dr. Clark. I got a pulp cap at my dentist to try to save my tooth but ultimately the root was dying and I wanted to get in before I experienced any pain. I used to be one of the ones that hated going to the dentist, and root canals were my absolute greatest fear. That combined with no insurance in my younger years caused me to avoid the dentist for 15 years. Dr.

Clark is an amazingly empathetic and accommodating endodontist. She even made a point to make sure I didn't feel bad about letting my teeth get to this point, so I know she understands some of the very common fears and anxieties people have who need a lot of dental work. Although it was a little more expensive to go here versus my regular dentist it was still worth it. I listened to music and tuned out, and was very comfortable since they set me up with a dental dam and bite block. The extra anesthetic was also such a nice touch (she explained that it would give me enough time to already have a dose of pain reliever in my system before the numbness wore off). I felt nothing during the procedure and that was 8 hours ago - still no pain whatsoever.

Getting my pulp cap and cavities filled gave me way more soreness than the RCT. Thank you Dr. Clark for such an easy and comfortable procedure and for curing such a big anxiety I've held for so long. I will forever maintain my dental hygiene in your honor now love you.

Dr. Clark is absolutely amazing! She performed my root canal with such skill and compassion—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She made sure I was completely numb before starting and took her time to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I had no pain the next day, which was such a relief. What really stood out was how caring she is.

Dr. Clark even called to check up on me afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. She’s not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she’s also such a sweet and compassionate individual . I can’t recommend her enough!
