This is a review for dental clinics near Albany, Dougherty County, Georgia:
My kids have been there before in the past and it was an okay experience. Then on the last time we went the rules had changed. I was told that no parents could come to the back not at all.The staff is not friendly at all and didn’t make my children feel comfortable at all. My 16 year old who was in the back getting service as well said that the staff was very dry and Stern with all the little kids. Then I was charged a extra fee (that no insurance payes )because my child was nervous and annoyed by the service he was getting. I just don’t understand how you can be a children’s dentist but charge an fee for children acting like children at a dentist.
My son had a great experience the first time around. The second visit was horrible for him, and I liked how they kept reassuring him that everything was ok. I have never experienced a long wait time and I would definitely recommend to others.
